The DPF on my Nissan Qashqai had become blocked and I was worried that this might turn out to be very expensive. After running a quick diagnostic Craig informed me that he could fix it by performing a dpf regeneration service. Craig did a diagnostic of my Mini and as a result it was unnecessary to do the full carbon buster treatment. My Mini is in good health 👍. I'm very impressed with Craig as he could have done the treatment and charged me full price for doing so. It's a great to know that honest people are still around and Craig is definitely honest, he gave me advice on how to maintain the condition of my engine, for which I am very grateful. Turned up on time, service was clear and straight forward. The technician was clear and very informative of the treatment being carried out which reassured me even more. His experience is obvious. If your engine sounds a little rough on start up or not holding tempreture like mine was. Not forgetting increased fuel consumption then please Seriously think about using this company. My wife called on the Saturday as we have been having on-going issues with my Landrover Discovery Sport DPF warning light keep coming on. The performance of the car was diminished as the warning light was now red. Clive was helpful and informative. He booked an appointment for 10am on Monday and turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fixed once we agreed on the quote. Thankfully the car is back to full performance and hopefully will remain. He recommend a plan to follow up and even called again today to make sure everything was still OK. Great customer service and we will definitely use again and recommend.
